Before you do this, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Power Tab application. I seriously doubt you need to format your hard drive. In 1.4 you just have to install 1.7 instead. I know it if u are using powertab v 1.4 , I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but the MIDI player control buttons don't reappear - anyone know a fix? Where is the author for this fantastic program? at some stage, the buttons for the MIDI player disappeared, so I have to go through the text menus or remember to push the F5 key top play hear my scores.
